Add passthrough suites that make use of namespace collisions

      In mongosync, we were able to find several bugs from this (including some server bugs). We have a set number of collections and map original collection names to our generated collection names when running tests. While fuzzers are a similar idea, I don't think we get as many operations on the same namespaces as part of fuzzers.
