With ~~SERVER-46446~~, we always log the remote op wait time and so it's no longer necessary to plumb through the recordRemoteOpWaitTime flag through AsyncResultsMergerParams. But recordRemoteOpWaitTime has been there until 6.2 since 5.2. So, it should stay there for a while for backward compatibility. We can remove it when we release 8.0.
