Update scheduling of microbenchmarks tests on sys-perf

      As a follow-up to PERF-3715, we would like to update the scheduling for the microbenchmarks tests in sys-perf. The Intel based tests will be updated to run every 12 hours. This change will be made in the sys-perf.yml file.
