In SERVER-68365 we extend our use of absl libraries for grpc, however we included libraries which are not used by grpc (or mongo) and while harmless besides wasting some time in install-all-meta builds, some of the libraries failed to build on certain platforms.

Using the libdep graph --indegree-one check I was able to remove all the absl libraries which had no dependers.
