      SERVER-43099 reenabled a random balancer failpoint on concurrency suites – it proved to be very valuable in discovering bugs related to concurrent migrations.

      This ticket is to consider creating a new jscore passthrough suite with sharded collections and this failpoint enabled. i.e. sharded_collections_random_balancer_jscore_passthrough
