      SERVER-70687 added to the FCV upgrade a new aggregation pipeline that retrieves and persists placement information about each namespace of the cluster based on the content of config.databases, content.collections and content.chunks.

      Given the size of such collections, an optimal execution of the pipeline has to be guaranteed.
