      The initialisation procedure of config.placementHistory introduced with SERVER-70687 is currently generating a full description of the cluster at the time of its execution, but it still lacking the required metadata to indicate that no reliable info on earlier points in time is available (and support the logic implemented by SERVER-73052)

      This ticket is intended to close the gap.
