      Once BUILD-16787 has been completed, RHEL 8 Evergreen hosts should gradually end up with Firefox pre-installed after the new AMI config propagates. At this point, it will be safe to migrate OIDC tests from Ubuntu 18.04 to RHEL 8.0 to run alongside the remainder of our tests.
