In the context of SERVER-71203, the random_DDL_operations.js test has been extended including resilient movePrimary operations.
In version 7.0, the ResilientMovePrimary feature flag was enabled by default. Consequently,
once version 7.0 becomes last LTS, the random_DDL_setFCV_operations.js's FSM can be extended including movePrimary operations as well.
Note that random_DDL_setFCV_operations.js runs in multiversion suites, while random_DDL_operations.js doesn't.
