[test-only bug] Skip orphans checking in server_status_with_time_out_cursors.js

      This test is intentionally leaking cursors, hence it is expected for some range deletions to be blocked waiting for ongoing queries to drain.

      The orphans deletion hook must be skipped for this specific test.
