The parallel suite tests should report the current running tests when they hit a timeout

      When a parallel suite starts timing out, it is likely because one or more tests are causing mutual slowness for their execution. It is hard to diagnose parallel suite tests timing out as there is no easy way to identify which tests are currently running. It would be great if we generate a report when we hit the timeout with this information
