Once Feature Flag for PM-1646 "featureFlagCompoundWildcardIndexes" is permanently enabled/removed we should enable running Compound Wildcard Index microbenchmarks on all variants, not only on "all feature flags" ones.
The compound-wildcard-index* tasks in etc/system_perf should be enabled in the same variants as the wildcard-index* tasks.
