Unskip DDL logging test in multiversion suites

      In SERVER-73601 we are adding new log messages around DDL oplog entries and some basic testing for them. The test file jstests/replsets/log_ddl_ops.js has the multiversion_incompatible tag for now since in multiversion clusters we currently won't see the same log messages.
      Once multiversion tests only include 7.0+ servers we should remove this tag.
