      The v2 variant ECOCCompactionDocumentV2 is similar to the existing ECOCCompactionDocument, but only without the "ecc" member.

       

      Also, implement ECOCCollection::parseAndDecryptV2() that uses the existing EncryptedStateCollectionTokensV2::decryptAndParse() function to create an ECOCCompactionDocumentV2 from the BSONObject.
