Clean up between movePrimary commands in move_primary_recipient_cmds_basic.js

      Once the MovePrimaryRecipient properly propagates errors, move_primary_recipient_cmds_basic.js fails with NamespaceExists due to not cleaning up copied data from the previous _movePrimaryRecipientSyncData before calling the next one.

      A possible fix is on the test branch here.
