Speedup ldap_fastest_host_selection.js test

      ldap_fastest_host_selection.js takes around 25 min on the external_auth suite.

      This by far the slower test in this suite compared to most of the other tests in this suite that takes at most 5 min.

      Would it be possible to speed it up by reducing the number of iterations?[ Currently 2500|https://github.com/10gen/mongo-enterprise-modules/blob/d62d71980bbfb3c9d59c0f4a7117175d93e3e3d5/jstests/external_auth/ldap_fastest_host_selection.js#L67]
