Move information out of old sharding arch guide

      We have introduced a new sharding arch guide. Before removing the old guide, we should move the sections that haven't been updated in the new arch guide to new homes. For example, the transactions section should get its own sub-guide whereas the shard registry section can be moved to the shard registry's header file.
