Our system performance CI system identified a regression in a couple of tests that has been attributed to this commit from SERVER-74589. No regression has been reported so far in replica set and sharded cluster configurations.

Couple of potential improvements include passing in the fromMigrate parameter as a constant reference rather than by copy; and deferring the check on the array size until we are certain we are in replicated operation.
