Reduce how often we run Microbenchmark tests

      For projects sys-perf projects 4.4, 5.0, 6.0, 6.2, and 6.3, reduce the frequency of Microbenchmark variant runs to once per week. 

      On sys-perf master, reduce the frequency to 5x per week. 

      Consider increasing the frequency of all other variants that are ran on 4.4, 5.0, and 6.0 which are currently manual.
