      Execution Control added a new server parameter, storageEngineConcurrencyAdjustmentAlgorithm, that controls the server's concurrency algorithm. Currently, we have two options: "throughputProbing," which is the main execution control algorithm, and "fixedConcurrentTransactions," which is the pre-execution control behavior.
