Problem Statement

As explained in  this Slack Thread, we are missing tag parity between our built images: https://quay.io/repository/mongodb/mongodb-enterprise-appdb-database-ubi?tab=tags&tag=latest.

Customer impact

In the worst case this could lead to our operator migrating the customer to the official images with a tag that does not exist. Breaking parts of their deployment.

From first glance it seems that we are missing the following tags

EDIT: alexander.neben@mongodb.com - We are now only missing ubuntu [6.0.0 -> 6.0.2]so I am using this ticket to just stop building those in CI since I don't think they are needed by customers (especially since the rhel variants are building and working fine).
