ClusterRole should be clarified in cluster_role.h

      The roles are not clear, especially considering they can be overlapping according to the comments in cluster_role.h.

       

      This header should be more authoritative and descriptive.

       

      For example, what does None mean? Standalone? Merely not the other two roles?
