SERVER-76064 increased the `receiveChunkWaitForRangeDeleterTimeoutMS` default value for the tests launched by the MongoShell infrastructure, but it didn't update the default parameter value for tests being launched by the Resmoke infrastructure.

Since that ticket also removed the config overwrites of `receiveChunkWaitForRangeDeleterTimeoutMS` on specific tests, those tests that uses the Resmoke infrastructure have a much lower timeout than before, leading to timeout failures on evergreen.
