    Description

      Add a suite for running the movePrimary hook based on concurrency_sharded_replication.yml. If tests fail due to requiring support for features not implemented by SERVER-76503, exclude them, file a ticket to enable them once the necessary work is complete, and leave a comment with the ticket number with the exclusion.
