Currently, only a bunch of basic sharding suites are included in the implicit multiversion variant (such as sharding and concurrency_sharded_replication suites). Purpose of this ticket is to also include suites covering more problematic scenarios such as the ones causing failovers (stepdown/kill primary) and/or with the balancer performing random migrations.
