gen_all_feature_flag_list.py should only look for idl files in the source directory by default

      Currently it looks everywhere in the repo for idl files for generating the all_feature_flags.txt files. We have some testing idl files in the buildscripts and build directory and after recent changes the idl files that get put in the build directory make the script fail.
