Change audit::log*Database to use a DatabaseName

      We currently pass a dbName as a StringData to audit::log*Database, for example audit::logCreateDatabase. 

      We should instead pass a DatabaseName and handle serialization when necessary (some places do not use the DatabaseName while some others do).
