The aim of this ticket is to increase the coverage tests of concurrent DDL operations on a sharded cluster with both sharded and unsharded collections.

This is the list of expected tasks to be addressed within this ticket:

• Add a new state for creating unsharded collections on random_DDL_operations.js and random_DDL_CRUD_operations.js FSM tests.
• Add a new test for sharded clusters similar to rename_collection_dbname_chain.js to test renameCollection operations with unsharded collections between different databases residing on the same primary shard.
• Reenable rename_collection_chain.js for concurrency-sharded suites.
• Check if tag assumes_unsharded_collection can be removed on some js tests.
