Recently we have been seeing an ICE cause BF's. An ICE is a compiler bug, and so there is not much we can do about it and therefore we will attempt to auto retry to ignore the BF's it may cause. However an ICE may indicate something is wrong with our code and the compiler just doesn't have a working mechanism to deal with and express it yet.

We will add a TODO to make sure to try to remove this in the future when we upgrade compilers.
