Any functionality that needs to be kept can be added manually in evergreen.yml with --disableFeatureFlags

This will take some digging into the current contents of the file and what needs to keep the current functionality and what can be deleted.

Potentially linting can be added to ensure this is not used on master. This might not work and needs more thought.
