Add enum kFakeHashForTest to TransformAlgorithm to avoid repeating applyHmacForTest

      Currently we have `applyHmacForTest` in every test, but with the new structure of `$queryStats` we can add a fake hash to the `AlgorithmType` enum, and use the normal 
      `DocumentSourceQueryStats` constructor.
