Add OplogInterfaceRemote test coverage around the iterator's namespace

      When changing the way we are passing a Namespace to the OplogInterfaceRemote in SERVER-74493, we realized that there doesn't seem to be any unit test coverage to validate we properly use the `kRsOplogNamespace`.

      We should investigate and see if it is worth adding unit test coverage for to the OplogInterfaceRemote and if so enforce that the proper namespace (kRsOplogNamespace) is being used.
