      As part of WRITING-14758, we're going to go through the list of classic query knobs to see which theoretically apply to M2 of CQF. This ticket is to do the same exercise for M4: identify the classic query knobs which may affect M4 CQF, and then decide whether or not to respect those query knobs in CQF.
