Allow 'full' when reading from /proc/pressure/cpu

      In some linux versions /proc/pressure/cpu contains only one line 'some' while other versions also contain 'full', this one filled with zeros. 

      Right now we assumed /proc/pressure/cpu only contained 'some'. We should change this in procparser_test.cpp.
