The create collection coordinator (used for sharding collections) is currently only performing this syntactical check on the namespace to determine whether a namespace can be sharded or not. Purpose of this ticket is to also include a check on the options tracked by the local collection catalog to make sure no temporary collection gets registered on the sharding catalog.
