      A query with a predicate on the timeField that 

      1. matches the rounding parameter set by bucketMaxSpanSeconds and bucketRoundingSeconds
      2. those parameters have not been changed

      can be rewritten as a predicate on the control.min.time field. This ticket should also handle updating the index bounds on clustered index scan to be not subtracted by bucketMaxSpanSeconds
