      SERVER-72530 is adding a new behaviour on the aggregation expression $_internalOwningShard that will not throw StaleConfig anymore at 7.1.

      In the case where the cluster has 7.1 binaries and fcv 7.0, it could still throw StaleConfig. For this reason, there is a part of this jstest testing that.
       
      The goal of this ticket is to remove that part once 8.0 becomes last-lts
