Remove tasks, variants and crons on sys-perf-7.0 that aren't needed

      We noticed that sys-perf-7.0 is running 400 more tasks than sys-perf-6.0. We should evaluate the tasks, variants and crons to confirm the ones that aren't needed on sys-perf-7.0 and remove them. We should also consider whether there is an easy way to comment these out when branching going forward. (This came out of this slack thread)
