Refactor Collection/ViewAcquisition to avoid code duplication

      With SERVER-78204 we converted the acquisitions to be a ref-counted version of them. As a result a lot of code had to be duplicated between views and collection acquisitions.

      This ticket is about trying to identify a refactor to avoid such code duplication.
