Move BlackDuck to evergreen_nightly.yml

      LTS branches have Evergreen projects defined by evergreen_nightly.yml. That means, suites we add to evergreen.yml won't run on LTS branches, unless we also copy them into the nightly YAML file.

      We should move our definition of the ~ Security Daily Cron" build variant which runs the BlackDuck scanner from evergreen.yml to evergreen_nightly.yml. This would:

      • Slightly reduce the size of the mongodb-mongo-master project
      • Place the infrequently run Cron variant with other periodic but infrequent tasks.
      • Ensure that freshly split LTS branches will automatically retain the variant, without manual intervention.
