Because Bonsai doesn't generate yielding plans yet, the low-priority plans generated by this ticket are not actually executing because they're being pre-empted by normal-priority plans, so they don't appear in the counter referenced in the JS test.

For now, we have to disable the test for cqf until that feature is implemented.
