      SERVER-70242 was intended to suppress the "Different user name was supplied to saslSupportedMechs" warning during intracluster X.509 authentication. Due to an oversight in the implementation, this warning ended up only being suppressed when the server was started with enableTestCommands=1. 

      This should be fixed so that warning is always suppressed for intracluster X.509 authentication, regardless of whether the server is in test-only mode.
