Replace `forTest` calls in NamespaceStringTest with constructor calls directly

      We should define a friend class NamespaceStringTest in order to make direct calls to the NamespaceString constructors to be tested within the namespace_string_test.cpp tests.

      We currently call for `createNamespaceString_forTest` when we should instead call the constructor.
