Remove DatabaseName::kSystem and its usage in global index containers

      Global index containers are stored in the system database, under the "system.globalIndex.<UUID>" namespace. The assumption was that the system database is protected, and thus global index containers would be protected.

      This is not the case, and we should relocate the containers to a protected "*.system.*" namespace.
