Replace community required variant with an enterprise variant without feature flags

      We should make a minimal community variant to ensure that the community version compiles and runs successfully. 

      We should move the current community variant to run on a cron so no coverage is lost.

      The new Enterprise variant should be run without feature flags with as many tests as are supported.
