Investigate why aubsan is running with --jobs=1

      When performing some cost analysis we noticed that in aubsan variants, --jobs=1 is set when there are 4 cores on the machine. This causes the tests to take significantly longer on aubsan variants and if we can fix this we will probably save 30-50k/yr in costs so it is worth looking into.
