Enumerate all metrics reported by commands used by monitoring tools

      The goal is to enumerate on a spreadsheet all the metrics returned as output of the commands used by monitoring tools.

      Based on the SERVER-77843, these commands should be: 

      • hello/isMaster
      • serverStatus
      • replSetGetStatus
      • collstats
      • buildInfo
      • _isSelf
      • getCmdLineOpts
      • getLog
      • hostInfo
      • connPoolStats
      • dbStats

      We don't have a formal list of the actually used commands, but the Cloud team feels pretty confident in this list.
