getCollectionNames function may return empty string in the list

      1.mongod start with --auth
      2.create a Dbclient object without auth
      3.invoke getCollectionNames function, the return list contain an empty string

      When auth is enable, unauth client invokes getCollectionNames function will return empty string in the list.
