rolling_index_builds_interrupted.js checkLog relies on clearRawMongoProgramOutput

      checkLog is implemented with getLog, requesting the logs to the node directly, while clearRawMongoProgramOutput clears the output when using 
      rawMongoProgramOutput. This causes the test to proceed immediately due to old log messages being found.
