Test suite fcv_upgrade_downgrade_replica_sets_jscore_passthrough.yml and fcv_upgrade_downgrade_sharded_collections_jscore_passthrough.yml erroneously excluded full path for js test to exclude from the enterprise module. We should use wildcards in that case so community tests will not error out.
